Course 3 (Choice Of): Meyer's Ranch Prime Rib, duchess potato,                      haircot vert, horseradish cream & sauce au povire.

OR  

              Salmon Wellington, lobster goat cheese stuffing, butternut squash risotto, haircot vert, lobster chipotle cream sauce.

Course 4: Chocolate Bread Pudding, Godiva white chocolate creme anglaise, expresso chantilly cream.
